5.5 years in Agile leadership - Scrum/Kanban, SAFe, and governance standards to boost velocity and predictability.
2 years as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM) - Driving team alignment, removing roadblocks, and fostering continuous delivery.
5.5 years in Product development (PSPO) - Aligning strategy with business goals, gathering requirements, building and refining Product backlog, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria that meets the definition of done, Cross-functional collaboration.
4 years developing learning content & instructional media - Centralizing knowledge, empowering teams toward achievement of growth objectives, to foster greater collaboration and alignment.

I’m passionate about Agile, and ready to apply my experience and skills leading projects, product development and teams in SAFe and Scrum environments as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or Agile Leader.
Training toward a Security+ certification as well.

Hybrid perspective - With a background in visual arts and business analysis, I enjoy applying tech and innovation to solve user problems. I use Python, UML, APIs, and AI/ML, plus user behavior data from tools like Pendo and EnjoyHQ, and persona and workflow mapping to create user-focused, valuable solutions.
